Alexander Kuhns
Alexander Kuhns was an at-large member of the Cincinnati Public Schools Board of Education. He was first elected in 2012. Kuhns sought another term in the general election on November 3, 2015.[1]
Kuhns withdrew from the race after taking a job at the nonprofit organization UpSpring. He released a statement saying, "I do not believe I will be able to balance the demands of the CPS Board over the next 4 years while working full time with UpSpring."[2]

Three of the seven seats on the Cincinnati Public Schools Board of Education were up for election on November 3, 2015. All members represent the district at-large.
Incumbents Chris Nelms and Eve Bolton won re-election to their seats. Carolyn Jones won the third seat up for election. Incumbent Alexander Kuhns originally filed to run in the race but withdrew after accepting a new job.[3][4][5]
