Alexander F. MacKinnon is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He was appointed to the court on July 20, 2015, and his current term expired on July 19, 2023.[1]
Education
MacKinnon received his B.S.E. from the University of Michigan in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981.[1]
