An Alexis Village Home Rule Question was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the village of Alexis which is in both Mercer and Warren Counties.

This measure was defeated

This measure sought to change the village into a Home Rule municipality in order to have more control over finances and taxes in the village.^[1]
