Alfred Delavan Thomas
Alfred Delavan Thomas (1837-1896) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
He was nominated by President Benjamin Harrison on February 19, 1890. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 25, 1890, and received commission that same day.[1] He served until his death on August 8, 1896.
