Alfred Fenzel
Alfred Fenzel was a family court judge (Southeast Division) for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona.[1][2] He retired on November 30, 2017.[3]

Fenzel was retained to the Maricopa County Superior Court with 69.0 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014.

Evaluation
The Judicial Performance Review Commission provides Arizona voters with an evaluation of each judge up for retention. The commission votes on whether a candidate meets or does not meet the JPR standards. Each judge is assessed on their legal ability, integrity, communication skills, judicial temperament and administrative performance.[5]
The commission voted that Fenzel met the JPR standards. The vote was 29-0 in favor of retention.[4]
2010
Fenzel was retained in 2010 winning 62.3 percent of the vote.[2]

Fenzel earned his undergraduate degree in 1971 from Iona College. He earned his J.D. in 1974 from the Catholic University of America.[1]
