My name is Alfred Montgomery and I am running for the Office of Sheriff in the City of St. Louis. As your next Sheriff I will work to advance the technology that we use in our office today to include body cameras and advance intruder training for our Schools and Court house. provide the necessary training needed to patrol the streets of St.Louis City. I believe when working together we can provide a more safer St.Louis and it starts here.

Leadership always leads, Our City is not a standstill City and our Sheriffs office shouldn’t be neither. As your next Sheriff I will work with both sides of the fence to ensure that we have a more safer and secure City Justice Center.

We need to do everything we can to protect our citizens. That means the Sheriff’s Office must advocate to keep guns out of the hands of domestic abusers. While I believe in the second amendment, I also believe those in leadership, have a responsibility to protect our most vulnerable. I stand with our state and local officials who have created legislation to address this issue.

Securing our Schools, Securing our schools is a must. With the recent school shootings around the world as your sheriff I will work with our public school system with providing resource officers to work side by side with our school security.
  • 21st Century Sheriffs Office. There are so many technology and policy upgrades that could make our Sheriff’s office a leader in that profession. We must implement a body camera program. We must install cameras in all passenger and inmate vehicles. We must establish a real dispatch service to ensure the safety of our deputies and the community.
  • Securing our schools is a must. With the recent school shootings around the world as your sheriff I will work with our public school system with providing a resource officer to work side by side with our school security.
  • Bringing Service back to public Service. With our Previous leadership in the City being charged with scams and embezzlements it’s time that we give our City the Public service they deserve. We will no longer settle for the status quo and pay to play. I believe you deserve better and that’s why I’m running to be your next Sheriff. No one is above the law and it’s time to crack down on crime and it starts here.
My top priority is to provide a safer environment for the community. As your sheriff I will listen to the concerns of residents. If crimes involve Murderers ,drug dealers, sex offenders, burglars or other offenses in your neighborhood, "I will take action. Criminals will think twice before acting out in our city.
The law enforcement community has taken a severe blow nationally. The sheriff's office should provide deputies with training, including leadership skills. "If we don’t have people interested in law enforcement as a career, we will suffer in this city.
