Alice Kane

Alice Kane is the New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance. Kane assumed office on July 6, 2023. Kane's current term ends on July 6, 2027.
Kane was appointed as acting New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance on July 6, 2023. She replaced Jennifer Catechis (nonpartisan).[1]
Biography
Alice Kane earned a B.A. in political science and government from Manhattanville College in 1969 and a J.D. from New York University in 1972. Kane's career experience includes working as a freelance sales consultant, the vice president and a senior adviser to the general counsel of Guardian Life Insurance Company, and a counsel with Clifford Chance US LLP.[2][3]
