Alice O. McCollum is a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Probate Division in Dayton, Ohio. She was first elected to the court in November 2002.[1][2] McCollum was re-elected to the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[3]

Education
McCollum received her B.A. in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[1]
Career
Immediately prior to joining the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Probate Division, McCollum was a judge for the Dayton Municipal Court for twenty-four years. In addition to her public service, McCollum taught at the University of Dayton Law School as both an assistant professor of law and the assistant director of clinical legal studies. She has also served as the Director of the Pre-Law Program at Wilberforce University and was a Reginald Heber Smith Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of Dayton.[1]
