Alisa Ellis
Alisa Ellis was a nonpartisan member of the Utah State Board of Education representing District 12. Ellis was first elected in 2016. She resigned in June 2019.[1]
Biography
Prior to her election to the board, Ellis served as an education activist and was a member of the state's science review committee.[2]

Utah State Board of Education (2017-2019)
Ellis was first elected to the board in November 2016 and took office in January 2017. In December 2016, Ellis was elected to a one-year term as the board's vice chair alongside Terryl Warner and Brittney Cummins.[3] Ellis resigned in June 2019.[1]
