Alistair Newbern
Alistair Newbern is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She joined the court on September 1, 2016, and her current term will expire on August 31, 2024.[1]
Education
Judge Newbern earned her A.B. from Brown University in 1995, her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2000, and her LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2010.[1]
