Allan Howland (Democratic Party) is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford 20. He assumed office on December 7, 2022. His current term ends on December 2, 2026.
Howland (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Strafford 20. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Allan Howland earned a B.S. biology from Hobart College and an M.S. in education from Northern Illinois University. Howland's career experience includes working as a high school science teacher. He served on the Oyster River School Board, on the Durham Town Council, and as the chair of the Oyster River Finance Committee and Durham Economic Development Committee.[1]
