Allan H. Kittleman is a former Republican member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 9 from 2005 to 2015. Kittleman did not seek re-election in 2014.

Biography

Kittleman earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. His professional experience includes working as an attorney.

Kittleman is married and has four children. He has received the following awards: Robert H. Kittleman Life Achievement Award from the Howard County Republican Central Committee in 2003; Outstanding Legislator of the Year from the Maryland Business for Responsive Government in 2008.[5]
