Allan Torhorst
Allan B. "Pat" Torhorst was a judge of the Racine County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was elected to this position in 1991 and retired from the bench in February 2017.[1][2][3]
Biography
Torhorst received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was admitted to the bar in 1966.[4]
Torhorst practiced law in Racine County from 1966 until he became a judge in 1991. Prior to joining the circuit court, he practiced with the firm of Foltz, Torhorst and Ludwig. From about 1977 to 1991, he was also the city attorney for Burlington, Wisconsin.[5]
