Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Question 1, Non-Discrimination in City Business and Foreign State Affiliations Amendment (May 2025):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported adding a section to the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter which would prohibit "the discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, disability, place of birth, national origin or association or affiliation with any nation or foreign state in conducting business of the City."

A "no" vote opposed adding a section to the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter which would prohibit "the discrimination on the basis of race, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, disability, place of birth, national origin or association or affiliation with any nation or foreign state in conducting business of the City."

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Question 2, Public Ownership of Water and Sewer Systems Charter Amendment (May 2025):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported restricting the lease or sale of the city's water and sewer systems to private entities.

A "no" vote opposed restricting the lease or sale of the city's water and sewer systems to private entities.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Question 3, Prohibit Use of Home Rule Charter Process to Add Duties Beyond Lawful Scope of City Amendment (May 2025):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported prohibiting the use of the home rule charter amendment process to "add duties or obligations beyond lawful scope of the city's authority."

A "no" vote opposed prohibiting the use of the home rule charter amendment process to "add duties or obligations beyond lawful scope of the city's authority."

Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, County Council Salary Amendment (November 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported providing Allegheny County Council members an annual salary of $10,939, rather than per-meeting stipends that max out at that amount after attending 20 (of 24) meetings.

A "no" vote opposed this charter amendment, thus keeping compensation of Allegheny County Council members as per-meeting stipends that max out at $10,939 per year after attending 20 (of 24) meetings.

Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Allow County Council Members to Seek Other Offices Amendment (November 2022):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported this charter amendment to allow members of the Allegheny County Council to seek other offices without first resigning from the council.

A "no" vote opposed this charter amendment, thus continuing to require that members of the Allegheny County Council must first resign in order to seek another office.

Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Prohibit Solitary Confinement Initiative (May 2021):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported amending the Allegheny county code, chapter 205 to add Article III concerning standards governing confinement in the Allegheny County Jail to prohibit solitary confinement except in cases of lockdowns, medical or safety emergencies, and protective separation requests.

A "no" vote opposed amending the Allegheny county code, chapter 205 to add Article III concerning standards governing confinement in the Allegheny County Jail, thus maintaining the existing code.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ban No-Knock Warrants Initiative (May 2021):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported amending the Pittsburgh home rule charter to add Article 10: Powers of the Pittsburgh Police, including Section 1001 barring employees of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police from executing warrants without knocking or announcing themselves.

A "no" vote opposed amending the Pittsburgh home rule charter to add Article 10: Powers of the Pittsburgh Police, thus maintaining the existing charter.
