Biography
Allen Chappell was born in Milton, Florida. He served in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 2014. He earned an associate degree from Georgia Military College in 1982, a bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida in 1984, and graduated from the Army War College in 2010. His career experience includes working as a military officer.[1]
