|- Fiscal conservative. I believe strongly in our pay-as-you-go system that has served Clemmons well.
- Very knowledgeable in local government accounting. I know how a budget is put together, how it works, and how to live within the budget.
- I believe in growth within the Village of Clemmons, as long as that growth will have a positive impact on the village. I do not favor denser development in areas where traffic is already a problem, but I do favor encouraging businesses to locate in vacant space in existing retail and office space. I favor requiring developers to make required improvements to infrastructure to handle any increase in traffic that will be created by their development. I also believe Clemmons needs to maintain a certain amount of undeveloped green space.t
