Allen James O'Neil was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 9th Congressional District of Michigan.

O'Neil was running in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Michigan's 9th District. He would have faced incumbent Sander Levin in the Democratic primary. Don Volaric faces Gregory C. Dildilian in the Republican primary. Jim Fulner is running as the Libertarian candidate.

While O'Neil initially expressed interest in running, he failed to appear on the official candidate list.[1]
