Education
Royer received a B.A. in government from the College of William and Mary, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation and an estate planning certificate from Villanova University School of Law.[2]
Career
Since 1992, Royer has run her own law practice, which has two locations. She has also served two terms as the Chester County Prothonotary.[2]
