Allison Russo (Democratic Party) is a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 7. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Russo (Democratic Party) is running for election for Ohio Secretary of State. She declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on May 5, 2026.[source]
Russo was elected state House minority leader in 2022.[1] She served in this capacity until June 30, 2025.[2]
Biography
Allison Russo lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Russo earned a B.S. in microbiology from the Mississippi University of Women, a master's degree in epidemiology from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and a doctorate in health policy from The George Washington University. Her career experience includes working in a health policy as a research analyst at The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence, research analyst for the Science Applications International Corp, senior healthcare analyst for Axiom Resource Management, senior research leader for Thomson Reuters, and research director for Kenell and Associates.[3][4]
