Biography

Education

Ahuja was born in Raipur, M.P., India. He received his bachelor's degree in philosophy and English literature from the University of Kansas in 1985 and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1988.

Career

After law school, Ahuja worked as a law clerk for Judge Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He then became an associate of the law firm Shea & Gardner. In 1992, he moved to the firm Lathrop & Gage L.C., where worked until his appointment to the court of appeals.
