Althea Greene was a member of the Memphis-Shelby County Schools school board in Tennessee, representing District 2. She assumed office on January 25, 2022. She left office on September 1, 2024.

Education
Greene received a B.A. from LeMoyne-Owen College, and an M.A. from Tusculum College.
Career
Before becoming a member of the Memphis-Shelby County school board, Greene was an educator for over 40 years. She is also a pastor at Real Life Ministries, a prior consultant for the Memphis City Government, and Chaplin at the Regional Medical Center.
