|- I am just like you. I got tired of these Politicians playing Monopoly with my real money! So, I stepped up to do the Job by actually going to the Capitol to confront these elected officials.... but, instead of arguing with them, I ended up working with them, to change discriminatory government policies and to right the wrongs that were created by past Congressional sessions. Well, it worked. To date, I have collaborated with federal and state Representatives to take on and change Criminal and Social Justice Reforms, Economic and Workforce Development, and my historic victories against the SBA and USDA.
- I successfully dismantled discriminatory government policies that prevented formerly incarcerated people from becoming productive, economically viable members of their communities. The SBA and USDA, and other government agencies, have for decades treated unfairly small businesses owned by people who have been Justice Impacted (convicted of any felony or misdemeanor, including DUI, Child Support violations). I used my own resources and my business: Carmen's Corner Store, to bring lawsuits against these government agencies, in order to remove the discriminatory government policies that prevented millions of Working People from accessing economic resources during the Pandemic and after. Two landmark victories and a win for the people.
- More than 80 million people and their communities have benefited from my legal actions against Big Government. If you want to fix up the House of Representatives, please don't send a lawyer or a politician to do the job, send a Working Man, with a Plan to do the job. Congress needs is renovating. Send me in there and I will construct Concrete legislation that will provide a strong foundation for Progress in Congress. You Choice in Congress is your Voice in Congress.... Chose wisely. Chose Wilks.
Reducing crime through Community Engagement and Accountability.
Criminal and Social Justice Reform.
Jesus.
Wilks Works For YOU, not THEM.
I have demonstrated my commitment to community by being hands-on with solving problems in my community and throughout our country. Challenging and defeating Big Government Bullies, like David did Goliath.
I'm not your daddy's Democrat. I actually work for a living and like my future constituents, I want my money's worth from the elected people who are supposed to be there working for US, not for themselves.
I will be there day in and day out to get the job done for you. Returning millions of tax dollars to communities in need of Economic Empowerment. I will be very active in making sure that our District doesn't suffer from the malpractice being done to other districts.
My first job was working for my mother, who taught me the importance of self sufficiency through work. Doing my chores transformed into monetay rewards, which instilled in me a sense of Pride and boosted my Entrepreneurial Spirit.
When I am elected to represent the people of my District, I will work with my Congressional colleagues to craft common sense policies that will solve problems, not create more problems.
My Lived Experiences as a Working Man, that has changed government policies directly in Congress and my relationship with bipartisan legislative parties in federal and state Houses makes me the ideal person for the job.
Besides my accolades as a businessman, I am a legal professional, I have dismantled discriminatory policies during 3 dysfunctional Congressional sessions, leading to the creation of economic opportunities for more than 80 million people and their communities.
With his camera always ready to capture a moment in time....
He took a picture of me. On a day that it seems was more rainy on me than anyone else.... I didn't know about the picture until he gave it to me days later. I stared at the photo and saw someone that I didn't like.... it was me, in the picture, I was sad.
With ground approaching fast, the Democrat suggests (yelling): "Let's work this out....", tugging at his end.
The Republican replies: "What do you suggest?"
Democrat: "Let's Pray...."
After a thought, the Republican agrees: "Ok." He then clasped both hands in prayer....
On the Ground, reporters are gathered around the Democrat, asking him how he was able to survive while the Republican did not....
Working together brings results.
Wilks Works For YOU.
After God, other endorsements seem superfluous.
Criminal Justice Reform.
