The At-Large Congressional District of American Samoa is a non-voting congressional district consisting of Tutuila, Manuʻa, Rose Atoll, and Swains Island.[2] American Samoa is located in the Oceania region of the Pacific Ocean, just east of the Independent State of Samoa.
