Amy Lukasavitz
Amy Lukasavitz was a judge of the Minnesota 6th District Court. She assumed office on October 18, 2021. She left office on January 2, 2023.

She was appointed to the court on September 8, 2021 by Governor Tim Walz to replace Robert E. Macaulay.[1]
Biography
Education
Lukasavitz received a B.F.A. in Theatre at the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1994 and a J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2007.[2]
Career
Prior to serving as a judge, Lukasavitz was an Assistant County Attorney for the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office. She previously served as Assistant Public Defender of the Sixth Judicial District. Lukasavitz also worked as the DWI Court Coordinator of the South St. Louis County DWI Court. She is a member of the 11th District Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Lukasavitz has volunteered with Crisis Intervention Team, Duluth Playhouse, KUMD, and Volunteer Attorney Program.[3]
