Biography
Mason was a high school English and Spanish teacher from 1994 to 1999. She has been active with the Superintendent's Parent Advisory Committee and as a coach with local youth soccer clubs. She earned an M.A. in humanities from California State University and a B.A. in elementary education from Washington State University.[1]
