Amy Messer is a superior court justice on the New Hampshire Superior Court. She was appointed to the court on April 4, 2016, by Gov. Maggie Hassan (D). Her appointment was approved by the Executive Council on May 18, 2016.[1][2]
Biography
Prior to her appointment, Messer was the executive director of the Disability Rights Center in Concord. She had previously worked as the assistant director of the New Hampshire Public Defender's office.[1]
