Amy Murri Briel (Democratic Party) (also known as Murri) is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 76. She assumed office on January 8, 2025. Her current term ends on January 13, 2027.
Briel (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Illinois House of Representatives to represent District 76. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Amy Murri Briel attended Illinois State University. Her career experience includes serving as the chief of staff for former state representative Lance Yednock (D) and as a caseworker for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.[1]
