Campaign website

Courser’s campaign website stated the following:

America First

Amy believes in the same promise that Reagan made in his campaign for President in 1980 “Let’s Make America Great Again!” She is committed to America first principles and will remain unapologetic and unafraid to stand strong and relentlessly fight to save our nation. She will protect our nation and our children while being a voice for our Veterans, seniors and future generations. She will remain committed to do what is right for the people, putting American citizens first. She will continue to stand against tyranny, socialism, and Marxism. She is unbeholden to the dark side of corrupt politics and special interest groups. Amy will serve the people of Oregon and America with integrity and compassion.

Border Security

The border crisis is Bidens number one failure and an egregious act against the American citizens. This is not just a crisis of immigration, it’s a national security issue and a complete dereliction of duty. Millions of illegals pouring over our borders with estimated numbers by the end of 2024 to be 15 million illegal immigrants including gotaways. The Biden administration has not just rolled out the red carpet for illegals, they have provided transportation over the border by bus and air, funded millions of dollars of cash into debit cards to every individual including children, provided phones which they are using for both the government and cartels to track illegals, providing healthcare, education, teaching them English, putting them in our schools, providing housing in luxury hotels, providing them paid for attorneys (400 million dollars a year for Lawyers to illegals), millions to the nonprofits to help the transition, transporation within the US from state to state adding up into the billions while the taxpayers fund this crisis, all while we are struggling from a wrecked Biden economy. The crime surge we are witnessing of illegals and the future consequence to our communities is an outrage and we must keep the safety of our nation as our number one priority.

Please understand that this catastrophe and dereliction of duty is completely by design from the Elite progressives, the bottom line is this, they are using the illegal immigrants to increase the numbers for the census and the electoral to increase in every state and by allowing illegal immigrants to vote in our elections we are witnessing a criminal issue of election integrity.

THE ULITMATE GOAL OF THE ELITE PROGRESSIVES IS TO REMAIN IN POWER!

For these reasons Amy supports policies that will secure our nation.

  • Close the border immediately
  • Finish Trumps border wall
  • Enforce our current border laws
  • Fast track immigrants who have waited years to become American citizens and gone through the process legally.
  • Give our border patrol the tools and resources that they need
  • Bring in the National Guard to establish order
  • No amnesty
  • Stop taxpayer funding of our illegal immigrants.
  • Deport illegals.

Economy

America has massive inflation, and you don’t have to be an economist to realize how Bidens ridiculous financial decisions have created the downward spiral of our economy. Inflation is nothing more than another tax on the American people. Inflation is at a 42 year high and risen to over 9%, yet radical democrats continue to drive our country into the ground. Liberal elites are out of touch with our communities and the American people. It’s time for real solutions from a strong conservative leader like Amy who truly understand what it means to struggle and sign a paycheck before they pay themselves.

America must become energy independent with a plan to implement American energy and jobs first and foremost. Amy will continue to advocate that our federal government greatly reduces excessive spending and government overreach. Americans and local businesses deserve economic recover as quickly as possible. Its time America has strong leadership who will be held accountable and will fight for our shared values, you will find that fighter in Amy.

National Security

The core foundation of Government is to secure the safety of the American people. The Biden Administration has completely failed our nation and with a complete dereliction of duty. National security should be Congress number one priority and responsibility. It is time to remind our allies and enemies that America is the greatest nation in the history of the world driven by freedom and liberty. We need to draw a hardline in supporting our allies and holding foreign aggressors accountable. America is a Republic and democracy is the foundation of our nation. Amy will act on day one as your Congresswoman to protect our nations sovereignty. America needs a reset and to implement America first policies in order to strengthen and support our armed forces and secure our nation.

Election Integrity

Americans deserve to have faith and confidence in their elections. Knowing that their voices are heard, and all votes counted. The citizens deserve to have trust in the process and Amy will continue to work tirelessly with fellow patriots and local leadership to restore confidence in our elections, locally and nationally. She is also an advocate for “Get out the vote” and believes that we must show up in force to vote, taking nothing for granted and not waiting until the final day that the voting polls close. Together we can restore the faith in our elections. Amy has designed a 50-point election integrity plan that is worthy of a Governors implementation.

A few solutions.

Elect a Secretary of State who will enforce and honor election integrity as a priority

  • Move to in person voting
  • Require in person voting, no mail in ballots
  • Require ID for every voter
  • Same day voting
  • Clean up our voter rolls
  • Remove DMV role in voting
  • DO NOT ALLOW ILLEGALS TO VOTE IN OUR ELECTIONS

Law & Order

Back the blue is more than a rallying cry for our police. It’s one of the most important foundations of our nation. Back the blue is a powerful position of respect for all law enforcement, police, border patrol agents, federal agents, state troopers, county and city. Amy has many years of proven history and a voting record for supporting law enforcement while ensuring that they have the tools and recourses for their own personal safety and the safety of our communities. As a city councilor Amy was honored to have a seat at the table for all Police union issues and was proud to negotiate positions, salaries, benefits and advocate for the future of law enforcement. She is a proven leader staunch supporter and respected by law enforcement.

National Debt

America has a national debt of over 34 TRILLION and climbing daily while we spend 1.8 BILLION each day in interest. This isn’t just unsustainable its absurd! Bidens national spending is out of control, reckless and irresponsible. We are on a slippery slope to socialism while he uses climate change as a scapegoat. Amy supports conservative spending with eliminating waste and irresponsible spending and will work hard to place the financial future interests of America and our children as a top priority.

Taxes

Sadly, Oregon is one of the highest taxed states in the nation. Oregon democrats and the federal government have a spending problem and grossly abuse the use of increasing taxes to cover their negligent mismanagement. She believes that smaller government and lower taxes are the keys to strong economic growth. As a city councilor and state advocate she fought tirelessly for lower taxes, less bureaucracy and eliminating government overreach into our pocketbooks, especially when we are facing the highest inflation and increased costs. This is a very important kitchen table issue and continuing to raise taxes on our businesses and families will only result in the loss of revenue as people and business flee the state. She believes the solution is to lower taxes so that we can increase jobs and financial security for all residents and businesses in the state.

Protecting The Sanctity of Life

Amy believes that every human life is a gift from God. She is 100% Pro-life. Amy has a long-time relationship and past support/endorsements from Oregon Right to Life, the National Pro-Life Alliance and Pro-life fighter Governor Mike Huckabee. The data shows that there are 87,000 abortions each month and over 1 million abortions performed annually in the US. Amy believes that no life is dispensable, disposable or expendable. Though this is an emotional issue she will continue to listen to both sides and fight the battle to protect all life. She believes in being proactive and committed to education, prevention and connecting great resources and options with moms and families in order to protect the life of the unborn. You will learn that Amy is passionate about protecting all life, including the life of the mother in emergency situations. Though she will always be an advocate for the sanctity of life from conception to final breath she is a commonsense leader who believes that this is an issue we can find common ground on and like many issues we can do so much better for our future generations.

Constitutional Freedoms

The rights enumerated in our Constitution were first given by God to man- they are inherent and cannot be infringed upon by any government. Amy understands how our fundamental Constitutional freedoms are under attack by the radical left. Therefore, she is committed to advocating for the entire Constitution and you will find she is passionate about being a voice for both the 2nd and first amendments. There has never been a more important time to have leaders who will fight for our constitutional freedoms and liberties and never in our lifetime have we seen members of Congress who did not love America, Amy is committed to being a warrior for American liberties and freedoms and she is a relentless patriot who truly loves America. Campaign website

Courser’s campaign website stated the following:

Protecting The Sanctity of Life

I believe that every human life is a gift from God. I am 100% Pro-Life. Protecting the lives of our babies is the foundation of my Pro-Life, Pro-Freedom campaign. This is why I am supported and endorsed by Oregon Right to Life, the National Pro-Life Alliance, and Pro-Life fighter Mike Huckabee. When I am in Congress, I will fight to stop horrific legislation and the abortion industrial complex. I am committed to educating and connecting great resources with moms to protect the life of the unborn. I will always be an advocate for the sanctity of life from conception to final breaths.

Oregon First

I am a 5th generation Oregonian and I live in the heart of the 6th District. I am passionate about changing the trajectory of Oregon as we navigate a slippery slope to socialism/marxism. It is my heart and commitment to lead Oregon from failed leadership to financial prosperity. Oregonians recognize that there are many critical issues affecting their daily lives like poor forestry management, the homelessness crisis, the erosion of our constitutional rights, increased crime, addiction, mental health crises, and protecting our youth.

As your congresswoman, I am committed to finding solutions for these challenging issues. I will work tirelessly with local leaders to implement solutions while holding them accountable. It would be my honor to serve Oregonians as my number one priority.

Law & Order

Back the blue is more than a rallying cry for our police, I believe its one of the most important foundations of our country. Back the blue is a powerful position of respect for all law enforcement; police, border patrol agents, federal agents, and state troopers. I have a strong history and voting record for supporting law enforcement and ensuring they have the tools and resources they need for their own personal safety and the safety of our communities. I will remain a staunch advocate of law enforcement and keeping public safety as our number one priority. As a city councilor, I have a long history of supporting local police. In Congress, I will continue to passionately fight for all law enforcement agencies.

National Security

The Biden Administration is falling our nation. National security is Congress’ number one responsibility. It is time to remind our enemies that America is the greatest nation in the history of the world driven by freedom and liberty. We need to draw a hardline in supporting our allies and holding foreign aggressors accountable. I will take action as your congresswoman to protect our nation's sovereignty. It is time to implement America first policies to strengthen our armed forces and the security of our nation.

Election Integrity

Democracy is the foundation of our nation. Americans deserve to have faith and confidence in their elections process and that their voice and vote are counted. I have created a comprehensive 40 point plan to not only secure our elections but ensure our state and nation has a fair election process. Once elected to Congress, I will strive to provide an oversight committee to hold the FEC accountable. The public deserves to have trust in the outcome of our elections. As your next congresswoman, I will work tirelessly with fellow patriots to restore confidence in our elections.

Beginning with:

  • Implementing a national voter ID program
  • Eliminating mail-in ballots and moving to in-person voting
  • Work to end ballot harvesting

National and Border Security

The border crisis is Biden’s number one failure. This crisis is not an immigration issue, it's a national security issue. Illegal aliens are pouring over our borders unchecked and undocumented daily. In the first year of the Biden Administration, Border Patrol encountered over 2 million illegal migrants coming over our southern border. Our nation was founded by immigrants and we have always been a melting pot of culture and diversity. Our compassionate nation has always welcomed immigrants. However, we must keep the safety of our nation our top priority knowing who is in our nation and where they are from.

We lock our doors at night not because we hate or fear our neighbors or what is outside but because we love our family on the inside. When I am in Congress, I will support legislation that will:

  • Finish Trump’s Wall
  • Fast-track immigrants who have waited years to become American citizens
  • Enforce law and order
  • Give our Border Patrol the tools and resources they need to protect American citizens
  • Stop taxpayer funding of our immigration issues

National Debt

America has a national debt of $30 trillion and counting. This is unsustainable. Despite Democrat lies, Joe Biden’s Build Back Better plan will add many more trillions to our national debt. This is a slippery slope to socialism and uses climate change as a scapegoat. The only way to stop this is to take back the house and elect conservatives who will put the future financial interests of America and our children first.

Economy and Jobs

America has massive inflation, and you don't have to be an economist to realize how Joe Biden’s ridiculous financial decisions have created the downward spiral in our economy. Inflation is nothing more than another tax on the American people. Inflation is at a 40-year high and rising daily yet radical Democrats continue to drive our country into the ground. America must become energy efficient with a plan that will put American energies and jobs first. In Congress, I will ensure that our federal government greatly reduces its excessive spending and government overreach. Oregonians, Americans, and local businesses deserve economic recovery quickly. It’s time Oregon has a strong congressional representative who will fight for our shared values.

Oregon is one of the highest taxed states in the country. Oregon Democrats and the federal government have a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Smaller government and lower taxes are the keys to strong economic growth. That’s why I am committed to protecting not just the 2nd Amendment, the Due Process Clause, and Free Speech, but all the other freedoms and rights enshrined in our Constitution. Amy has proven to be the consummate volunteer for causes ranging from local little league teams to advocating for victims of domestic and sexual abuse. In 2014, Amy was elected to the Keizer City Council by an overwhelming 2-to-1 margin. During her tenure on the city council she was a champion of small business growth and community improvement projects. Her efforts led directly to the addition of over 1,000 jobs to the Keizer area, including the addition of In-n-Out Burger and Waremart.||As an unpaid city counselor, she also continued to build her small business and is the only Republican candidate in this race who has signed the front side of a check and knows what it's like to meet a payroll.
OR-5 is one of the more conservative districts in Oregon, but you wouldn't know that if you look at our current representation, which takes money from BIG PHARMA and numerous other special interests.

While he claims to support farmers and timber workers, he left his post on the Agriculture Committee and turned his back on Oregon farmers and timber workers. He claims to be bipartisan, but routinely votes against the interests of our families --- until election season comes around.

Amy believes OR-5 can do better. In fact, she believes we MUST do better for our families and our children's future. We can lead the charge for reducing the cost of healthcare while protecting those with preexisting conditions, reducing the regulations on our farmers and timber workers, and completing much needed Federal infrastructure improvements-to include border security.

If any part of Oregon can elect a representative to lead on these and other pressing issues, its OR-5.
