Amy W. McCulloch is a probate judge for Richland County, South Carolina.[1] McCulloch was first elected to the court in 1999.[2] She was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expires in 2018.[3]

Education

McCulloch received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1987 and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1990.[2]

Career

McCulloch worked as a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge Tom Ervin and Federal Magistrate William Catoe. She went on to serve as an assistant solicitor for Richland County from 1991 to 1996 and then worked as an attorney in private practice with her husband from 1996 to 1998. McCulloch was elected to the position of probate judge for the Richland County Probate Court in January 1999.[2]
