Anders J. Norgaard is a magistrate judge of the Sixth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in June of 2001 to serve Benton County.[1]

Education

Norgaard received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa in 1966 and 1976, respectively. From 1967 to 1988, he served in the U.S. Air Force. He is now married and has four children.[1]

Career

Norgaard worked as a judicial magistrate for Benton County from 1982 to 1997. He was reappointed magistrate of Benton County (6th District) in June of 2001. He also works as a private practice lawyer in Belle Plaine, Iowa.
