Andre Gelinas

Andre A. Gelinas is a former justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the intermediate appellate court for the state of Massachusetts. He retired from this court on September 10, 2008, but is on recall as a Special Advisor to the Chief Justice for Administration and Management.[1]
