Biography
Andre Todd was born in Martinez, California. He served in the U.S. Navy from 2002 to 2023. Todd earned a bachelor's degree in business communication and advertising design from Oregon State University in 1986, a doctoral degree from Ashford University in 1995, a DBA from California Intercontinental University in 2016, and a doctoral degree from IBAM Medical School in 2016. His career experience includes working as a business owner, investment banker, and professional football player.[1]
