Andrea Dryer

Andrea Dryer is a district judge of District 1B of Iowa. She was appointed to this position on May 27, 2011 by Gov. Branstad to replace Judge Bruce Zager.[1][2]
Education
Dryer received her bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Iowa.[1]
Career
Dryer worked as an assistant county attorney in the Iowa counties of Winneshiek and Buchanan before becoming an assistant public defender of Black Hawk County in 2004. She held that position until she was appointed to the district court in 2011.[1]
2012 election
Dryerwas retained in the general election on November 6, winning 79.56 percent of the vote.[3][4]
