|- As your state representative, I will fight tirelessly to lower taxes on businesses and residents. Dunwoody, one of the largest cities in our district, fought hard to obtain city-hood a decade ago in order to divorce itself from the county's out-of-control spending habits and high-density zoning. Its success a decade later is largely a result of wisely allocating a sensible tax regime.
- Our community knows better than faceless DeKalb County bureaucrats on the best way to raise and support children and their education. As your representative I'll fight to increase local control of our schools and make them a shining light for Georgia. While our schools are better than many, they can be best. Our local cities should run our local schools, with our tax money going to our students, not being squandered and wasted in other parts of the county.
- Giving criminals free reign to victimize citizens is not what we need in Georgia. Right now, citizens are unable to effectively hold state and government officials accountable when they violate peoples' rights, and cowardly politicians would rather scapegoat police, "defund" them, and allow criminals to be in charge rather than fix the laws that create this toxic environment. As your representative, I will introduce legislation that will ensure that the rights of Georgia citizens, as well as the rights of law enforcement personnel performing their vital and lawful duties, are kept sacred and protected.
