Andrea Teves Smith is a judge of the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal. She assumed office on February 1, 2019. Her current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Smith ran for re-election for judge of the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal. She won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Smith was a judge for Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida from 2013 to 2019. She was appointed to the court by Gov. Scott (R) on June 13, 2013, and assumed office on June 30, 2013, replacing retired Judge J. David Langford.[1][2]

Smith received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1994.[1]
