Andrea Watkins is a district court judge for the Fourth District Court in Charles County, Maryland. She was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on February 24, 2014 and assumed office on March 21, 2014.[1][2] Her current term expires in 2024.[3]

Watkins received her undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1983 and her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1986.[1]
