Lived in District 4 for 53 years, the last 12 fighting the broken system in the district with the exemption of Mayor Suarez. Code enforcement is not being applied evenly, hurting the seniors and scaring them by thinking if they report something there will be retaliation. The elderly are making less money and have to go to food centers. 30 million was spent on parks and recreation however, nothing has been done to Robert King High Park for a year the basketball area has been closed. Again, our district is not operating fairly. Received many calls affirming that they got no to little responses or follow-up. I want to help our elderly with affordable housing. My background consists of being Chair of the park and recreation advisory board, which hadn't met in 2 years with a quorum. I worked with other commissioners to reassign new nominations and had our first meeting. I like to get things done. My job is to consult with businesses and help with bringing in new technology and systems to work more effectively with communications between departments, save money, and be able to measure production. President of Florida Wildlife Kids Conservation Foundation, where we work with special needs kids and connect them with nature with our exotic wildlife events.

  • work with Code enforcement and commission to update antiquated codes and make sure its done fairly across the district
  • View current money being spent in the district thats only being used in certain areas and structure a budget to address the neeeds of the residents directly

My grandfather and mother came as refugees from Cuban and struggled to learn the system. My grandfather's first job was shoveling snow and my mother went from being the "La Divina" model for the Cuban beer Cristal to working in a factory.

They struggled but persevered and I never saw their struggle because they always provided for me. It was only when they became ill that I went through their paperwork to only see what struggles they had. I never saw it because all I saw was the love for me.

Keeping your word, principles, admitting when you're wrong or made a mistake, forget about being a politician only thinking of the people you represent. Drive through your district and talk to the residents who have more of a presence in your community. Show that your CARE.

Updating outdated policies, implementing new ones, budgeting, setting up, and operating systems that allow you to respond to your district's calls or needs.
I would like to revamp my district and have constituents that are happy with the response of our office. You don't have to be a politician to serve your constituents.

I have two older kids in College and one in the Navy currently proudly serving in the Mediterranean Sea.

An 80-year-old man in a brand new Corvette outruns state troopers, once he was stopped the office said it was the end of his shift and didn't want to do paperwork. If he would tell him a good reason why he was trying to outrun them he would let him off.

The gentleman nervously said, you see office my wife left me for a state trooper and I thought you were bringing her back.

The officer chuckled and said have a good sir.
