Andrew Belford was a candidate for District 4 representative on the Greensboro City Council in North Carolina. He withdrew from the race in August 2017.[1] Because Belford withdrew after the official withdrawal deadline of July 18, 2017, his name still appeared on the primary election ballot.[2]
