I am a first-time candidate; however, I have been a Republican activist for decades. I championed for former Maricopa County Attorney, Andrew Thomas along with former Senate President Russell Pearce when both were attacked by the leftists and the establishment. I was the volunteer coordinator for the grassroots Republicans that censured Sen. John McCain for his failures to follow Republican values. I am an honorary member of the Arizona Law Enforcement Emerald Society. I am Pro-Life, Pro-Veteran, Pro-Military, Pro-Family Values, and I have been married to my best friend for 30 years. I am strong on border security, election integrity along with school choice and LIBERTY.
  • In this crowded field of six candidates, I offer uncompromising constitutional conservatism. I am not a career politician. I will not make deals with elitists, RINOs, or the Democrats to further my personal aspirations. Compromise translates to “DEFEAT!” There are tools available that must be used to defeat Hobbs and the Democrats. I will use these resources that others have ignored. Our representatives must stand for We the People.
  • With Hobbs as Governor, it is critical that we maintain and increase the Republican majorities in both the house and senate. It is also essential that we elect rock solid We the People candidates and remove the RINOs from office. At this critical juncture in our nation’s history, we need bold representation from individuals whose primary concern is NOT re-election and furthering their political ambitions.
  • It must be policy over personality.

Don’t be fooled by my competition, some of whom claim that we must send them back to office “because only they have the experience.” However, some of their “experience” includes unacceptable policy decisions.

In 2021, Walt Blackman sponsored a California style “ranked choice voting bill” also know as a jungle primary. This is only one example of his many poor policy decisions.

In 2023, David Marshall, voted with the Democrats to successfully expel fellow Republican Liz Harris from the Arizona House, while we had only a one seat advantage over the Democrats.
The number one policy project is to work on election integrity. We will fail as a Republic if Americans do not have confidence that their sacred elections are not secure from fraud.

The second most important policy position is securing the border. The Federal Government will continue to make this a difficult task, so we must work around them by arresting illegal aliens for drug trafficking, human trafficking, and sex trafficking. Naturally, a strong, America First President, such as Donald Trump, will provide the US and Arizona with a secure border and start the process of deporting the millions of aliens that have entered out country illegally.
My father, Joseph Costanzo, provided my Constitutional conservative values. My mother, Virginia Costanzo, taught me how to fight. Both gave me my Christian faith and prescribed a solid moral compass.
Anything written by Walter E Williams.
Unwoke: How to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America, by Ted Cruz
That in a small part, I helped save my country from tyranny.
I remember Watergate when I was in kindergarten. Naturally, I didn't completely understand the situation at the time.
I have been self-employed from grade school to current. My first business was moving lawns in my neighborhood. The business evolved into a commercial landscape maintenance business; however, it became unprofitable when my completion became truckloads of illegal aliens using stolen equipment, which may have been stolen from me.
My wife and I have owned and operated The Irish Gift House, then theirishgifthouse.com, since 1994.
Working to pass beneficial legislation for the border and the elections while we have leftists serving as governor, attorney general, and secretary of state. Additional continuing resolutions may need to be referred to the ballot so that we may work around Hobbs’ veto pen. The consideration for impeachment should not be removed as an option.
We the People, with common sense, do not require elitist, career politicians to explain to us that wrong is right and dark is light. Too often legislators do get re-elected. If this was beneficial, we would not be in the mess we are in today.
Naturally it is beneficial; however, I will not compromise on policy, morality,
Throughout Legislative District 7, I have encountered many who are both sad and angry regarding our failing Republic, which does not resemble the country in which they grew up. I have also related to many who are excited that we are taking our county back, 11/5/24!
Election Integrity

It should be easy to vote, but difficult to cheat.
If you are old enough to remember when we had real election integrity in Arizona, then you remember precinct level voting with paper ballots on election day only, which were then hand counted at the election close, at the respective precincts. Each precinct has roughly 1,000 to 1,500 voters. We must get rid of the voting centers.

Accommodations for absentee voting can and should be made for voters with cause. Identification required.
I have been endorsed by Andrew Thomas, former Maricopa County Attorney and by Jim O'Connor, Chairman, Arizona Corporation Commission.

Yes. A minimum percentage of signatures must be collected from all counties. Maricopa County and Pima County must not be allowed to bully the rest of the Arizona with their large population.
