Andrew Giles Fay was a member of the Florida Public Service Commission. He assumed office in 2018. He left office on January 1, 2026.

He was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott (R) on February 2, 2018, and confirmed by the Florida State Senate on February 13.[1][2] He was reappointed to a second term by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).[3]

Fay served as special counsel and director of legislative affairs, cabinet affairs, and public policy in the attorney general's office, where he dealt with issues related to electric facility construction. He served as an advisor to Attorney General Pam Bondi and previously served as an assistant attorney general in Bondi's office.[4]
