Andrew Howorth was a judge for the Third Judicial District of Mississippi.[1] He joined the court in 2002.[2][3] He retired on June 30, 2020.[4]

Howorth ran for re-election to the Third Judicial District. He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[5]

Howorth was re-elected to the Third Judicial District after running unopposed.[3]

Education

Howorth earned a B.B.A. (bachelor of business administration) from the University of Mississippi, going on to receive his J.D. there as well. He was admitted to the bar in 1987.[6]

Career

Prior to joining the judiciary, Howorth was in private practice, representing defendants and plaintiffs in civil litigation.[2]
