Andrew Kratoska was an Independence Party candidate for District 47 of the Minnesota State Senate. The primary election was on August 10, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Kratoska ran in the 2012 election for Minnesota House of Representatives District 36B. He ran unopposed in the Independence Party primary on August 14 and was defeated by incumbent Melissa Hortman (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]
