Biography
Andrew Mackey sought election for an At Large position on the Fort Smith Public Schools Board of Education. Mackey is a database administrator in Fort Smith. He received two Master's degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in Information Systems and Operations Management.[1]
