|- Education Reform and Funding. As your representative, I'm committed to revolutionizing our education system. Every child in Oklahoma deserves a quality education that prepares them for the future. Reduce the overall size of the bureaucracy while focusing on local control. Focus on student literacy and real world outcomes while guarding against implementing purely data-driven decision-making and private interests. Ensuring each school is fully staffed with Teachers, Counselors, Para-Professionals and support staff. Providing more dollars directly to school districts for supplies. Teachers should not be paying out of pocket for any supplies. We can build an education system that truly serves our children and our communities.
- Cost of Living and Housing Access. I am committed to making housing accessible and affordable for every Oklahoman. The dream of home ownership is out of reach for many and high housing costs are effecting us all and leading to high levels of homelessness and eviction. The solution is to increase housing supply, lower the concentration of housing ownership by corporate and private interests, and provide tax breaks to homeowners as well as subsidies and down payment assistance to first-time home buyers. I'm committed to addressing the rising cost of living and ensuring that every Oklahoman can afford basic necessities, including food and healthcare.
- Corruption and Government Waste. No longer should we play partisan politics with corruption and waste. Members of both parties have been guilty in the past while these indiscretions were looked over in the name of building or maintaining political power. Real financial consequences have been endured for far too long while corrupt special interests and lobbyists have abused our system.
