Biography
Andrew Russell received a bachelor’s degree in music from University of California, Los Angeles in 1988 and a J.D. from the Washington and Lee School of Law in 2001.[2] Prior to his appointment to the court, Russell's career experience included the following:
- 2014 - 2021: Commissioner, Maricopa County Superior Court
- 2006 - 2014: Attorney, Kutak Rock LLP
- 2003 - 2005: Attorney, Lieberman, Dodge, Gerding & Anderson, Ltd
- 2002 - 2003: Attorney, The Cavanagh Law Firm
- 2001 - 2002: Law clerk, Honorable Noel Fidel, Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One
- 1993 - 1998: Music director, Big Bear Middle School[2]
