The Issues (The 10 R's) "I'm running on the 10 R's, and that's why there's one beside my name on the ballot!" - Andrew Scott Sm Restore Economic Dominance Andrew envisions a future where the robust agricultural legacy of the Delta meets cutting-edge technology to create a sustainable and prosperous economy. This means not just reviving what was lost, but leapfrogging into the future with bold, innovative steps. Here's how Andrew plans to do it:
Together, we'll make Mississippi's District 2 a beacon of economic resilience and innovation, leveraging our rich history and resources to build a prosperous, sustainable future for all. Revive and Rethink Healthcare

Together, we can create a model of rural healthcare that is admired and replicated across the nation. Restructure Education
Through these efforts, Andrew aims to create an educational environment that values tradition, financial savvy, and practical skills, while ensuring every child has access to the best education possible, regardless of the school they attend or path they choose. Rebuild, Restore, and Reimagine Infrastructure
Andrew's comprehensive infrastructure plan goes beyond mere construction; it's about crafting a district that celebrates its history, embraces its community, and looks forward to a future of innovation and growth. Through these efforts, District 2 will not just be rebuilt; it will be transformed. Reduce Crime

By adopting these principles, Andrew aims to develop a tax reform plan that simplifies the system, ensures fairness, encourages economic growth, and reduces unnecessary burdens on taxpayers. Our goal is a tax system that works for all residents and respects the hard work and contribution of every citizen. Reinforce the Southern Border
By reinforcing the southern border with these strategies, we aim to protect our nation. A secure border, combined with a fair and efficient immigration system, will contribute to the safety, economic prosperity, and cultural richness of District 2 and the entire United States. Restore Rights
Andrew's commitment to reinstating rights is about more than policy; it's about ensuring that every resident of District 2 lives in a society that respects their dignity, choices, and freedom. Andrew believes that by advocating for these changes, we can build a stronger, healthier, and more just community. Rip Apart the Deep State
By adopting these measures, Andrew aims to create a government that is lean, effective, and truly of the people, by the people, and for the people. Andrew's commitment is to dismantle any entrenched powers that have lost sight of their purpose and to restore faith and integrity in our public institutions. As your representative, Andrew pledges to fight every day for a government that District 2 and all Americans can Rejuvenate Agriculture
In rejuvenating our agricultural sector, Andrew commits to not only restoring its productivity and innovation but also ensuring it coexists harmoniously with the environment.
