Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I was born in Philadelphia, raised in a suburb nearby and am a family man, now living in Berwick, PA. My five grown children are now living on their own. I am a former Council member for the Borough of Berwick. I was a volunteer firefighter for 40 years, and helped found the "Greater Philadelphia Search and Rescue" group, located in Montgomery County, PA (along with founder Irv Lichtenstein.) My background is in biomedical engineering and computer technology. In 2016 and in 2020 I was elected as a state delegate to the Republican National Convention. I am running as a constitutional conservative, but believe it is the "Voice of Reason" that takes precedence. Logic, real science and our Constitution should be the basis for Congressional ruling. I also believe in term limits and that no candidate should run unopposed. Voters should have a choice of candidates in a primary election. This also forces issue debate, that otherwise would not be necessary. My belief is that religious beliefs and the rights of gun owners should not be trampled. Most important to me also is the sanctity of life, and that life begins at conception. Not surprisingly, scientists believe and support this as well.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

• I am a Constitutional conservative, and believe in small government. The states, not the Federal government should be in control.
• Government needs people who are willing to listen both to those of like and unlike beliefs. All sides of an issue need to be addressed.
• The middle class needs to be saved, and government needs to be reduced, not expanded. Power needs to be returned to the states and the people.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

The most pressing issues today are consumer costs and costs to produce goods. We need border security, while still allowing legal immigration. We must bring manufacturing back to the United States. Election integrity needs to be restored across the nation. Corporate monopolies must be reigned in. Free speech must be permitted at all levels. Healthcare reform needs to be addressed - making healthcare affordable and usable, with free choice of healthcare options. We need to take a step back and rethink our energy policies, and the costs to consumers. Electric, battery operated vehicles are a costly failure, polluting and will create massive toxic waste. Hydrogen fuel and Nuclear Fusion should be the path forward. Fusion is clean, safe, and can provide unlimited energy virtually forever. Fusion is truly on the cusp of full reality, and all the money wasted on bad technology should be thrown at this.

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

My own book pretty much sums it all up - "State of the Economy: The Failure of Healthcare in the U.S."

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

I have wide ranging personal and business experience, and can debate many different issues. In particular, as an engineer and information technology professional I can comprehend and debate the technological issues that will face us more and more as time goes on.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

The assassination of JFK, the dawn of the space age and the fight for equality were simultaneously the first historic events I remember. All happened when I was 6 to 8 years old. These left a profound memory and helped shape my beliefs and ideologies.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you want to be?

Superman - Always was my favorite fictional character.

What do you perceive to be the United States’ greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Our greatest challenges over the next decade is going to be our illogical political infighting. If we cannot sit down and have a reasonable discussion of the issues we will be bound to illogical reasoning.

We must find a way to balance our budget and sort out the failure of our economy.

If people have no money, no food and no shelter, and cannot be happy and satisfied living in our country, then nothing else will matter.

If we spend trillions of dollars on a bad technological infrastructure, we will be stuck with that for a very long time.

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

No. Representatives are always campaigning and seeking monetary support. The term should be four years in my opinion.

What are your thoughts on term limits?

I believe we need term limits for all elected offices

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

Compromise is mandatory in order to ensure the rights of all people, however there need to be limits to that compromise so others rights are not compromised.
