Andrew Stoddard (Democratic Party) is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 40. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography
Andrew Stoddard lives in Salt Lake Valley, Utah. Stoddard graduated from Brighton High School. He earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Utah in 2007 and a J.D. from Brigham Young University in 2011. His career experience includes working as an attorney at the Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic, as a city prosecutor for Murray City, Utah, and as an attorney at Craig Swapp & Associates. Stoddard served as the chair of Midvale Community Council.[1]

Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
