Andrew Wylie (1814-1905) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

He received a recess appointment from President Abraham Lincoln March 18, 1863. On January 5, 1864, he was officially nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 20, 1864, and received commission that same day. He retired on May 1, 1885.[1] Wylie died on August 1, 1905.
