I am a husband, dad, entrepreneur, first responder, and pastor. I'm also a fifth generation Eaton County resident. My wife and I are raising our family here because we want our five children to be rooted in the values that make Eaton County so special.

I have dedicated my life to serving this community and now I am asking for the privilege of serving as your next State Representative in the 76th District.

Together, we can build a bright future filled with freedom an opportunity for Eaton County!
  • PARENTS RIGHTS I stand for parents’ rights to direct their child’s education and medical care, not the state. I will work in Lansing to protect the fundamental rights of parents and children in that are being challenged across the state. Here in Eaton County, education freedom, and the natural and fundamental right of parents to determine and direct the care and education of their children is under attack. Major hospital networks in Michigan are forcing parents out of adolescent/teenager exam rooms after being told that children are old enough to make medical decisions on their own, and that minor children must get consent for parents to stay in exam rooms, make medical decisions, or acquire medical records. We must protect our children.
  • PROPERTY RIGHTS The freedom of property ownership should not be unreasonably burdened by bureaucrats in Lansing. When any limitations are required on land use, the only free and fair remedy is to have the smallest and most local forms of representative government steward the responsibility of zoning control in order to protect the rights of each property owner. New laws provide a complete state take over of local zoning control for utility-scale wind and solar farms stripping away the rights of local property owners. I will work hard in Lansing to strengthen local governments in Eaton County and give representation that stands for the rights of every landowner, protects our farmland, and protects local governments ability to do their job.
  • A SECURE FUTURE Families like mine are face great challenges to make ends meet and are deeply concerned about the future our children will inherit. From the grocery store to the gas pump the real cost of living continues to increase. The cost just to provide for basic needs is overtaking the dreams of a generation to provide a bright hope and future for the next. Our elderly are impacted as many have to make real choices between essential medicines and their utility bills. As our children move into young adults, they feel this economic pressure every-time they contemplate their future plans. We have to take common-sense action in Lansing to secure the future of our families and the prosperity of generations.
Good governance, Taxation & State Budget, Education, Protecting Farms & Small Business opportunity
Good Character & Integrity, Proven Leadership Skills, Ability to Listen, Strong Communicator, Advanced Understanding of Michigan & US Constitutions.
Proven leader, skilled communicator, hard-worker, problem solver.
To uphold the Constitutions of the United States and Michigan and to fairly represent the people of the 76th District.
I would like to leave a legacy of hard-work, selfless service, prosperity, and preserved rights to the next generation and beyond.
Provide accountability and remain the limited scope described by the Michigan Constitution. The legislative power of the State of Michigan is vested in a senate
and a house of representatives. The governor's chief responsibility is to enforce state laws and maintain order.
Certainly. By nature it is impossible to do the job of a State Representative without build a coalition with others around common goals that protect and benefit constituents.
Education, Agriculture, Government Operations, Appropriations, Elections
We must immediately work toward full transparency of state government. There cannot be actual accountability unless there is full transparency. We to provide full transparency of all details concerning appropriations spending requests, full ability to FOIA legislative communications, and remove the ability for elected officials to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreements.
